Marios Frangoulis – George Perris Christmas Dreams

Dear friends,

Christmas is the holiday that brings us all together, family and friends, and fills us with joy and golden dust. Just hearing the word Christmas makes us smile a little more, we make gift lists, we become more spontaneous, we dream of melomakarona and kourabiedes, and we gaze at the lights on the tree.

This year, as our world continues to crumble, we feel more strongly than ever the need to hold on to the things that connect us: light, hope, peace, joy, and love.

With this feeling in our hearts and our two little selves on the poster, we meet again on stage in December to take you on a journey to the Christmas dreams of our childhood, where everything was safe, carefree, warm, and innocent.

We dream of these evenings as a warm embrace, where we will all gather  as one big family and sing about love. We have decided that there is still light, as long as we manage to look at both our 8-year-old and our future 80-year-old selves in the mirror and, when we ask them what they have achieved, they feel proud of who they are and of the love and joy they have shared.

We are counting down the days and looking forward to celebrating the magic of Christmas with you, side by side.
