Terms of Use for the Membership Card

  1. Eligibility: The membership card is available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
  2. Privileges: Cardholders are entitled to exclusive privileges, which can be accessed by presenting their membership card. The nature and extent of these privileges are determined and communicated by Theatrikes Skines S.A.
  3. Validity: The membership card is valid for a specified duration, as indicated on the card. Registration for the card does not necessitate the purchase of any goods or services.
  4. Modifications to Partnerships and Privileges: Theatrikes Skines S.A. retains the right to modify, introduce, or terminate partnerships and associated privileges during the card’s validity. This may encompass privileges related to performances, shows, and other events at the Pallas Theater.
  5. Ownership and Usage: The membership card remains the exclusive property of Theatrikes Skines S.A. and must be returned upon request. The card is strictly personal, non-transferable, and may only be used by the designated cardholder.
  6. Card Presentation: Cardholders are required to present their membership card prior to any transaction or service at participating locations, as listed on www.pallastheater.com. Members will be notified of current privileges via email, sent to the address provided during registration.
  7. Program Duration: The privileges associated with the membership card remain in effect for the duration of the benefits program. In the event of loss, theft, or damage, the card may be replaced upon request from the cardholder.
  8. Meet and Greet Privilege: Cardholders granted access to the “Meet and Greet” privilege must observe a code of conduct, which includes demonstrating respect and courtesy towards artists. Any violations of this conduct will be prosecuted in accordance with applicable laws.
  9. Personal Data: Theatrikes Skines S.A. collects and manages cardholders’ personal data in compliance with Greek and EU regulations. This data is utilized exclusively for purposes related to the business relationship, such as supporting, promoting, and delivering services.
  • Communications: Emails sent to members are intended solely for informational purposes regarding products, services, offers, and events. The company will never request personal account information or payment details via email. Should cardholders receive any such request, they must notify the company immediately by phone or email. Members are required to update the company regarding any changes to their personal information, either via email or in writing at one of the company’s locations.
