\nAn evening among the mysterious women of Marina Leon.The painter presents 23 works of different dimensions with a focus on women. Colours, emotions and music mix in the palette of life and give us colourful stories..The playwright and prose writer George Maniotis says among other things about Marina Leon’s painting:
\n“The bliss of flowers traps women. At first, such a life seems like a dream. A dream full of comfort and luxury that intoxicates you with its fragrances and seals the mind and soul with its brilliant colours. But as time goes by, the bouquets that embellished a drugged imagination settle on the heads and slowly begin to fade away the features of faces and all senses.
\nThey seal the eyes with rose petals, close the noses with hard foliage, the ears with lilies and ivy, leaving the lips free only to kiss the companions and benefactors…”<\/div>\n

Marina Leon was born and raised in New York City.
\nAfter finishing her studies in fashion design at the prestigious F.I.T New York, she returned to Greece where she excelled as head designer for some of the most famous Greek fashion companies.For a long period of time she dedicated herself to motherhood and began exploring the world of painting, studying alongside leading and internationally acclaimed artists.
\nHer works belong to private collections in Greece and abroad.She has exhibited in important galleries and art galleries. <\/p>\n

Some of her creations form the central core of the showcase of the internationally acclaimed Brand Carpo in Dubai.<\/p>\n
