Thanasis Polykandriotis & Stefanos Korkolis – “Mazi”

The Friends of G.O.N.K. “Saints Anargyroi” Association is organizing the concert Thanasis Polykandriotis & Stefanos Korkolis – “Mazi” to raise funds and support our programs.

Our core mission is to provide oncology patients at the Saints Anargyroi Oncology Hospital with compassionate, volunteer-driven care. We are dedicated to offering both moral and financial assistance to economically disadvantaged patients, addressing their practical needs, and improving the infrastructure necessary for at-home patient care.

Currently, our Association plays a vital role in society by raising public awareness about the importance of early breast cancer detection. One of our most significant initiatives is the management and operation of the Breast Cancer Early Diagnosis Center. Breast cancer is the most common form of cancer among women, making prevention programs not just essential but imperative. Early treatment significantly increases the chances of recovery. Our program proactively screens for breast cancer before symptoms appear, as early detection can lead to successful treatment—even a victory against cancer.
